Clear Bag Policy & Permitted Items

Bag Policy Rule

A CLEAR BAG POLICY IS ALWAYS ENFORCED.

Allowed Bags

Non-clear handheld clutch bags (smaller than 4.5" x 6.5" x 1") & diaper bags are permitted after inspection.

Poster Policy

Permitted posters/signs must be no larger than 24” x 36”, content must be related to event and not include political, derogatory, or obscene comments, and may not include poles/sticks. No whiteboards.

Venue Information

Ticket Booth

Guests with ticket issues can visit the ticket table located inside the main entrance when doors open

Arena Entry

Entry doors open 1 hour prior to puck drop.

Re-entry after tickets are scanned is not permitted.

Digital Venue

Card is accepted at concession stands and the Tiger Store.

Cash is only accepted for game programs, jersey raffle and Chuck-A-Puck sales.

Parking

Gold Passes

Gold parking passes grant access to the Armstrong & Cornerstone lots, as well as Robson Parking Garage. Garage Parking is not guaranteed.

Striped Passes

Guests with Striped passes should enter from Uintah St.

Additional Parking Options

For ticket holders without a parking pass, street and city metered parking is available South of Dale St., Nevada Ave and East, and Cascade Ave and West.

Radio Show

Every game will be broadcasted on the KRDO 105.5 FM radio station including a pregame show starting 37 minutes before face off.
