Dylan Efird was promoted to Assistant Director, Operations of Ed Robson Arena in November 2025.
In this role, he is responsible for the daily management of arena programming and scheduling, while serving as the primary liaison to regular user groups. He oversees staffing initiatives and manages the arena specialist staff, as well as interns and game day volunteers. Efird is the primary lead for CC varsity hockey game day operations.
Having first joining Ed Robson Arena in November 2021 as a game-day broadcast/AV staff, he assisted with video and camera operations inside the arena and broadcast replays. Efird then transited to Events and Operations Intern in November 2022, where he assisted with facility operations, on- and off-ice event management, ice covering changeovers, and served as a supervisor for CC hockey games.
During the summer of 2024, Efird served as a Marketing Assistant for the Rocky Mountain Vibes baseball team. He was involved in many aspects of the team and stadium, including press box operations, sponsorship activation and in-game promotion, retail operations, and stadium operations.
Efird, a Colorado native, attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a Sports Management emphasis, in May 2024.
