What is your favorite thing about Ed Robson Arena? The campus environment.
Dylan started at Ed Robson Arena in November 2021, first serving on the Broadcast/AV staff at the arena where he would assist with filming/video and camera operations for the arena, and replays for the TV or streamed broadcasts. He then started as an Events and Operations Intern in November 2022 where he assisted with facility operations, on and off-ice event management, ice covering, glass removal and installation, and he served as a supervisor for CC hockey games. In November 2025, Dylan got promoted to the Assistant Director of Ed Robson Arena where his responsibilities include day to day management of arena operations and staffing efforts.
He is a Colorado native, a sport management graduate from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In his career he would like to work in college athletics.
