If you were an animal, what would you be and why? A Labrador Retriever. I am fiercely loyal to my teammates, and friendly to all that I meet. My default is to work really hard whenever needed, but I love a good nap in the sun when it's time to relax.

What is your favorite thing about Ed Robson Arena? Tiger fans on a hockey game day. There's nothing better than the roar of the crowd and the sieve chants after a CC goal.
Dawn Moore was named the executive director of Colorado College's Ed Robson Arena in August of 2025 after spending 18 months as the associate director of the arena.
In this role, she is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the arena, including staffing, budget development and revenue, building security and emergency management, and contracts. She serves as the primary lead of all CC hockey game days, as well as City for Champion (C4C) and CC Signature events, while ensuring all events inside the arena follow building and campus standards and requirements. In addition, Moore ensure all city and state reporting requirements for programming are met. She partners closely with the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation and all other third-party groups in support of marketing, coordinating, ad scheduling of events in the arena.
Moore came to Colorado College in February of 2024 following a second stint at the Mountain West, where she was the associate commissioner for championships since September of 2022. In that position, she was responsible for the oversight of the 15 MW Olympic sports, including sport administration and championship execution. She served as the tournament manager for the 2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball First and Second Rounds hosted at Ball Arena in Denver. Moore also served as the assistant commissioner for championships from October 2008 through May 2015.
Moore spent seven years at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) in Colorado Springs, Colo. She spent four years leading over 100 donor events and sport experiences for the Foundation, as well as serving as a hospitality program lead at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro and 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games. Her final three years were spent as Events & Logistics Manager, supporting a broad range of internal and external events and conferences, including the Olympic & Paralympic Friends and Family Program during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
She was also the director of championships and special events for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference from August 2007 – September 2008, and a Sport Event Management Intern at Disney’s Wide World of Sports from August 2006 – July 2007.
A native of Stratford, Conn., Moore attended Springfield College and graduated with a degree in Sport Management in 2007. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and two sons.
