What is your dream job? To work in sports either in operations or fan engagement

What is your favorite thing about Ed Robson Arena? The anticipation and energy on gamedays. Nothing like seeing everyone so excited for the game.

Payton is from Saint Paul, Minnesota and is attending the University of Colorado Colorado Springs pursuing a Business degree with a emphasis in Sport Management. This is her first full season at the arena and she is excited to work with the staff and contribute to the amazing experiences for everyone who walks through the door. Previously, Payton served as a Fan Engagement Training Camp Intern with the Minnesota Vikings, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all fans. She also worked as a Development Intern at the United States Air Force Academy supporting fundraising efforts of all 27 intercollegiate sports. Looking ahead, she would he hopes to continue building fan memories at sporting events through operational support and engagement. In her free time she loves to hike, hang out with friends, and read.
