Executive Director of Ed Robson Arena

Justine Square was named the executive director of Colorado College's Ed Robson Arena in March of 2023.
 

Square will utilize the state-of-the-art arena to bring together the school's athletics department, campus and the Colorado Springs community. Her efforts to further this goal will also tie the arena closely to the college's strategic priorities and championship culture.
 
Prior to joining the Robson Arena team, Square served as the assistant athletics director for operations at CC since August of 2021. In that role she oversaw game operations for all athletic events functioning out of the El Pomar Sports Complex as well as Stewart and Washburn Fields, including the 2022 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women’s lacrosse and volleyball championships.

Square, who will continue to serve on the Project 2024 Steering Committee which began in the spring of 2021, came to Colorado College from the Mountain West, where she served as director of championships. In that position, she was a member of the MW Health and Safety Advisory Committee and the administrator of the league’s conference center. Square also served as the sport administrator for volleyball, cross country, track and field and men’s tennis.
 
Square joined the Mountain West staff full-time in July 2019 as assistant director, administration. Prior to her tenure at the MW, she was the head girl’s basketball coach at Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colo., and an event director with Triple Crown Sports.

A member of the Colorado State University track and field team from 2002-2003, and the women’s basketball team from 2004-2007, Square graduated from CSU with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts in 2007.
 
She earned a second bachelor’s degree in graphic design in May 2018 and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Colorado State, Global Campus in August of 2022.
